Job Summary
An warranty company has an open position for a Remote Warranty Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work all dealers’ claims completely
- Utilize the company;s application to assist in resolution of every dealer compliance issue
- Book claims
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years in warranty administration
- Good working knowledge of DMS software
- Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
- Knowledge of accounting debits and credits
- Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
