Job Summary

An warranty company has an open position for a Remote Warranty Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work all dealers’ claims completely
  • Utilize the company;s application to assist in resolution of every dealer compliance issue
  • Book claims

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 5 years in warranty administration
  • Good working knowledge of DMS software
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
  • Knowledge of accounting debits and credits
  • Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
