Job Summary
A web hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Web Hosting Support II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Solving web technology issues using email or live chat
- Installing, configuring, maintaining and solving errors for content managements systems
- Reviewing email logs, determining why an error is happening, and solving it
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
- Intimate knowledge of cPanel, how it works and how to fix errors with it
- Excellent SSH and command line skills
- Knowledge of DNS Knowledge of Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, CloudLinux
- Ability to interpret email and web logs
- Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it
