Job Summary

A web hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Web Hosting Support II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Solving web technology issues using email or live chat
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and solving errors for content managements systems
  • Reviewing email logs, determining why an error is happening, and solving it

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
  • Intimate knowledge of cPanel, how it works and how to fix errors with it
  • Excellent SSH and command line skills
  • Knowledge of DNS Knowledge of Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, CloudLinux
  • Ability to interpret email and web logs
  • Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it
