Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Web3 Social Media Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build a robust internal social media team
• Develop social communication plans for announcements in partnership with the Director of PR
• Partner directly with product and brand leads to define priorities, social brand identities, content strategies

• Experience developing, executing, and optimizing social and digital strategies
• Excellent team player mentality, being able to operate cross-functionally while building trust is critical
• Speed, agility, and comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving start-up culture
• Skillfully manage both internal and external resources
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
• Experience in analytical platforms and tracking social media KPIs
