Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Website Production Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Playing a lead customer-facing role and manage customer relationships to ensure successful delivery of our hosted websites
• Assisting in defining project deliverables, setting schedules and resolving website content and technical issues
• Identifying and clarifying issues while working collaboratively with customers to achieve prompt resolution
