Job Summary

A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Website Traffic Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

• Shape the roadmap by identifying opportunities to collaborate with partner teams, especially teams outside of revenue org
• Initiate projects for the advertising products to better serve the customer objectives
• Lead the team to improve ads performance

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience with managing product-focused ads
• Proven self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives cross-functional conversations to push in the direction
• Experience with planning in a large organization, including building alignment, advocating for priority with cross-functional partners and organizing work streams
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects as a manager or an IC
• Past experience as a tech lead of a product team
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and managed large-scale services
