A wedding media and marketplace company has a current position open for a Remote Wedding Media and Marketplace Consumer Experience Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering all incoming phone calls, emails, live chats and/or social media inquiries
- Maintaining a high productivity level
- Communicating thoroughly with customers, tech teams and other team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Accurately type and respond to a Customer on the phone at the same time
