Job Summary
A business productivity software provider has an open position for a Remote Weekend Customer and Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Review and forward refund requests for processing
- Respond in a timely manner to customer service emails
- Answer and forward bug reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Available at least once every four hours from 8am-10pm US timezones, weekends
- Familiarity with macOS
- Apple Mac computer running most recent version of macOS
