Job Summary

A business productivity software provider has an open position for a Remote Weekend Customer and Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Review and forward refund requests for processing
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer service emails
  • Answer and forward bug reports

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Available at least once every four hours from 8am-10pm US timezones, weekends
  • Familiarity with macOS
  • Apple Mac computer running most recent version of macOS
