Job Summary

A financial software development company is filling a position for a Remote Weekend Tax Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Compiling/preparing tax returns for TurboTax Customers
• Coordinating customer meetings and follow-up
• Utilizing and leveraging government websites and toolkits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Have a background in business, finance, accounting, or tax; college degree a plus
• Minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year required
• Minimum of 3 seasons of paid Tax Preparation experience
• Prior tax preparation experience in a tax practice or retail setting required
• Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules
