Job Summary

A phsyical therapy company is filling a position for a Remote Wellness Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, social media and/or phone in a prompt manner
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues
  • Assisting with website navigation, appointment scheduling, and passing to other departments as needed

Required Skills:

  • Relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree, dependent upon level of experience
  • 3+ years customer service-related experience required
  • Existing computer and social media skills, with a capacity to learn new programs quickly
