Job Summary

A mortgage investment firm is in need of a Remote Whilesale Production Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Use problem-solving techniques to respond to and resolve issues and problems
  • Track issues and provides regular status reports to management on resolution status and other metrics
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, underwriting guidelines and compliance

Qualifications Include:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience with customer service activities and interactions
  • Working knowledge and proven experience in residential mortgage lending is essential
  • Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and non-agency loan programs
  • Superior understanding of mortgage originations, specifically the wholesale loan flow
  • Working knowledge pertaining to the regulations governing mortgage lending is essential
  • Working knowledge and understanding of industry guidelines and policies
