A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Wholesale Mortgage Loan Processor Account Manager in Indianapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with underwriter to ensure adherence to established guidelines
  • Providing status updates on loans as requested by brokers and/or Account Executive
  • Reviewing outstanding approval and funding conditions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year of Wholesale Underwriting or Processing OR 3 years of Mortgage Processing
  • Experience working with Brokers and borrowers on a consistent basis
  • Knowledge of Industry Guidelines such as FHA/VA, FNMA/FHLMC, RESPA, HMDA, MDIA, AIR
