A testing laboratories company is filling a position for a Remote Life Sciences Testing Customer Service Advocate.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customer service regarding shipment/delivery, returns, credit, order status, etc
  • Process holds, track & process backorders
  • Guide customers on self-service options

Qualifications for this position include:
