Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Wildlife Conservation Executive Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching new foundations, major donors, and other funding prospects
  • Entering accounts payable into Quickbooks
  • Receiving payments and prepare deposits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Telecommute up to 3-times per week
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept comparable experience
  • At least 1-3 years experience with nonprofit accrual bookkeeping in Quickbooks
  • Experience carrying out online research
  • Competent in basic MS software
