Job Summary
A business consulting and technology solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Windows and Networking Services Technician in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Monitor and handle tickets in the system assigned to our team
- Provide general system troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve issues within customer service level agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years working in an enterprise call center, NOC or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and experience supporting Windows Server 2016 and above
- Fundamental understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Fundamental understanding of Server Virtualization (VMware)
- General networking knowledge
