Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Windows Support Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting the Windows OS, IIS, MSSQL and other applications
  • Providing consulting service to customer on building solutions to meet customer needs
  • Providing input during the performance and merit review process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Responsible for technical aspect of customer visits both in the office and at customer locations
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7-10 years system administration experience
  • Expert level OS knowledge and advanced knowledge of IIS, MSSQL
  • 2+ years web hosting experience
  • Familiarity with Rackspace tools, systems and infrastructure
