Job Summary
An online retail company is seeking a Remote Womens Apparel Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with making purchasing decisions
- Answering customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
- Resolving any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
