Job Summary

An online retail company is seeking a Remote Womens Apparel Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers with making purchasing decisions
  • Answering customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional grammar and punctuation
  • Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
