An IT services company has a current position open for a Remote Workday HCM Architect in Sunnyvale.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the Technical Architecture and Platform/Integration design for all HR Systems
  • Leading a global team of >10 IT employees and consultants
  • Ensuring high levels of engagement for a geographically disbursed team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Occasionally travel to maintain relationships and support projects as necessary
  • 5+ years in an IT leadership role
  • Extensive experience with Workday in HCM, Talent Management, and Performance management
  • Bachelor's degree required
