This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the driving forces of Agilent's Global HR Services Team. You will be a key contributor for our newly implemented Workday HCM. You will have the opportunity to work with all HR functions (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Staffing, Learning) and IT teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

The preferred work location is Santa Clara, CA but will consider remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Workday Security Lead

o Design, Configure, and Administer Workday Security: Technical expert for Workday security design and roles; including, hands on configuration and testing of roles and security related to business processes and reporting

o Deep understanding of Agilent Restricted data, global employee data privacy

o Test Security changes, including new release testing

o Partner with IT Security team

o Approver for users requesting Workday access

o Deep understanding of security provisioning system, working closely with IT for design, testing, and implementation

o Production support responsibilities

Workday Analyst and Configurator

o Design, Configure, and Administer Workday HCM:

Agilent has implemented the Workday modules Core, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Talent, Onboarding, Self-Service and will soon be implementing Recruiting. You will work with functional team owners to understand new requirements, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing and production implementation.

o Create user documentation and training

o Develop deep understanding of complex global data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations

o Rotational production support responsibilities with team members

o Workday release analysis and testing

o Project Management for small to medium projects

o Partner with IT organization

o Release management testing, implementation and process adherence

Process Expertise

o Create and document process documentation

o Communicate processes to HR and IT Administrative teams

o Coordinate with global teams
