A provider of audit and loss control services has a current position open for a Remote Workers Compensation and General Liability Call Center Audit Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Making outbound calls to insureds and agents on a daily basis
Data entering audit data and call progress notes following each call
Learning audit and company procedures to complete audit write-ups

Qualifications Include:

Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
Strong organizational skills to manage both outbound and inbound calls
