Job Summary
A personal and commercial insurance company has an open position for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate and handle all New York Workers' Compensation claims
- Perform special claims investigation
- Operate on an independent basis with little supervision
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-year degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years as Claims Specialist or 3-4 years adjusting experience
- Ability to assume duties of the Claims Supervisor in the Supervisor's absence
