Job Summary

An online retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workers Compensation Manager II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and monitoring the company's Workers’ Compensation program at designated fulfillment center sites
• Developing & collaborating successful partnerships between associates, third party administrators & internal business partners
• Ensuring business is compliant with state specific Workers’ Compensation regulations and company policies and guidelines

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years workers’ compensation experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers’ compensation claims management related laws and medical and legal terminology
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive approach to customer interactions
• Successful history of working in a fast paced, high volume environment preferred
