Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Shaping schedule efficiency by aligning licensing requirements, forecast volumes, and arrival patterns to achieve service level commitments
- Building schedules following requirements; project managing the partners involved to accomplish schedule build
- Reviewing and processing schedule change requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ Years Experience with MS Excel or Sheets
- 2+ Years Experience in Workforce Management
- 1+ Years of experience in a "customer-facing" role (even if the "customer" is internal)
