A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals, families, and employers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Shaping schedule efficiency by aligning licensing requirements, forecast volumes, and arrival patterns to achieve service level commitments
  • Building schedules following requirements; project managing the partners involved to accomplish schedule build
  • Reviewing and processing schedule change requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ Years Experience with MS Excel or Sheets
  • 2+ Years Experience in Workforce Management
  • 1+ Years of experience in a "customer-facing" role (even if the "customer" is internal)
