Job Summary
A leader in health technology is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Resource Planner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making long and short-term decisions to deliver value to customers
- Creating a resourcing plan and fulfillment schedule
- Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching service orders for service engineers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years’ work experience in customer service
- Has working knowledge of health care related products and services
- Has working knowledge relevant products and services for professional and lifecycle services
- Effectively communicates and negotiates across internal and external departments at all levels
- Frequently interacts with functional peer groups
- Good communication and documentation skills
