Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Remote Workforce Management Software Proposal Writer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing a first pass of all RFP questions
  • Personalizing boilerplate content to reflect individual prospects’ unique needs
  • Writing and editing executive summaries, and other proposal contents

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel Less than 10% (for training)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (or similar 4-year degree)
  • Five+ years of experience in proposal development
  • Experience in proposal development for enterprise software
  • Exceptional business writing and editing skills
  • Strong preference given to candidates with Qvidian or other RFP database experience
