A provider of enterprise cloud applications is seeking a Remote Workforce Planning and Management UX Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning studies, gathering data, synthesizing findings, and feeding product teams with insights
- Advocating for users and representing their voices
- Helping others on the team to hone their research skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in a field that taught research methods, systems thinking, human psychology, etc.
- 3+ years of on the job experience conducting qualitative research
- The ability to connect the dots in your research findings
- Clearly write and present your ideas and arguments
- Ardent advocate for people who use our software without losing sight of the customer
