Job Summary

A restaurant has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Planning Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing, recruiting, and navigating management candidates
• Reporting and analyzing results, trends, and historical employment information
• Managing and developing the HR reporting portfolio

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• BS in Business, Statistics, or related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting or Restaurant Operations
• Some technical background is required for project management
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, ATS and microsites required
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
