Job Summary
A restaurant has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Planning Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and navigating management candidates
- Reporting and analyzing results, trends, and historical employment information
- Managing and developing the HR reporting portfolio
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS in Business, Statistics, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting or Restaurant Operations
- Some technical background is required for project management
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, ATS and microsites required
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
