Job Summary

An information technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Workplace Support ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and improve the company's offerings, best practices, and standards
  • Provide design, planning, implementation, and development support in ITSM tools
  • Deliver ServiceNow capability demonstrations, POCs, implementations and config/maintenance

Required Skills:

  • Ten years of experience or equivalent
  • 5+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow-related ITSM solution design
  • 4+ years of direct experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and architecture
  • Experienced in Client Side and Server Side Scripting
  • Client & Server APIs development experience
  • HTML/CSS/AJAX, UI Pages, Jelly, Transformation MAP experience
