Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Xylem Corporate Communications Manager in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring our employees are aware of and effectively utilizing HR technology
  • Creating a unified, consistent look and voice for HR communications
  • Crafting and disseminating select HR communications through internal channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, HR or another field relevant to the job
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years of writing and editing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications
  • Ability to formulate clear and concise executive and strategic messages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability of finding creative approaches for meeting communications goals
