A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Zendesk Specialist in El Segundo.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing project management and consulting services
• Customizing the Zendesk interface to create user-friendly customer service processes
• Automating business rules and processes in order to reduce manual input and errors

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Zendesk solution experience
• End-User and Organization Set Up experience
• Ability to understand all technical pieces relating to the project
• Must be available for ad hoc support and inquiries
