Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager, Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for support services renewals, up-sell, and on-time close of existing contracts in assigned territory
  • Generate competitive renewal quotes/proposals and proactively engage with clients to ensure seamless renewal processes
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of technology OEM/Vendor relationship development experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with Cisco policies, tools, and buying models
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Subject matter expert in technology OEM/Vendor processes a plus
