Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager, Support Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support services renewals, up-sell, and on-time close of existing contracts in assigned territory
- Generate competitive renewal quotes/proposals and proactively engage with clients to ensure seamless renewal processes
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of technology OEM/Vendor relationship development experience preferred
- Demonstrable experience with Cisco policies, tools, and buying models
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Subject matter expert in technology OEM/Vendor processes a plus
