Job Summary

- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular interactions and understanding their needs
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms to align with customer needs and company goals
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the SaaS industry
- Experience with managing SaaS renewals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of favorable contract outcomes
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
