Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Coordinator to manage customer renewals and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular interactions and understanding their needs
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms to align with customer needs and company goals

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the SaaS industry
  • Experience with managing SaaS renewals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of favorable contract outcomes
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
