Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and positioning renewal proposals to partners and customers
  • Driving multi-year renewals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to build strategic plans for customer renewals and potential upsells

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of renewal, business development, or account management experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, CPQ, and Salesforce
  • Understanding of web security fundamentals such as firewalls, proxies, and gateways
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in strategic decision-making and advanced planning and organization (preferred)
