Job Summary
A company is looking for a Repossession Manager responsible for managing the repossession process of homes associated with delinquent home loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify properties at risk of repossession and assess occupancy and lot rent status
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to repossession while collaborating with legal professionals
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prepare necessary documentation for legal proceedings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in home loan repossession, preferably in the manufactured housing industry
- Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to maintain a high level of integrity
- Comfort with learning new technologies, including Microsoft systems and proprietary software
