Key Responsibilities
  • Manage online reviews and respond to messages across various platforms
  • Create and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring brand consistency
  • Communicate with clients, providing updates and performance reports

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in social media tools and reputation management platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and a collaborative environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
  • Strong sense of urgency and effective time management skills
