Job Summary
A company is looking for a Residential Appraisals and Valuations Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the value of subject properties for home equity investments
- Evaluate collateral values presented by property valuation products
- Research subject properties and comparables using online sources and real estate information
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a residential real estate appraiser or similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with appraisal value characteristics
- Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Interest in real estate and fintech
- Flexibility in assisting with other department tasks
