Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention and Recovery Specialist I to assist in the return of devices and support client retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients and internal customers professionally through phone and written communication
  • Manage incoming calls and attempt to convert clients to private pay options
  • Document call details and maintain accurate client files while ensuring confidentiality

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish preferred
