Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention and Recovery Specialist I to assist in the return of devices and support client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and internal customers professionally through phone and written communication
- Manage incoming calls and attempt to convert clients to private pay options
- Document call details and maintain accurate client files while ensuring confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bi-Lingual - Spanish preferred
