Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst III to manage compliance-related activities for defined contribution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and perform data analysis for defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring legal compliance and preparing necessary filings
- Communicate with account management regarding changes affecting plan testing and provide analytical support during audits
- Serve as a subject matter expert in retirement plan administration and lead training events for staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in defined contribution plan administration
- Hands-on experience with compliance and non-discrimination testing of retirement plans
- Previous experience with Form 5500 preparation
- Deep knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
