Retirement Plan Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to administer and report on 401(k) plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather information for annual reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including IRS Form 5500
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must be 18 years of age
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a self-directed, remote environment
