Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Invoicing Administrator to manage invoicing processes and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver invoices within contractual deadlines
- Verify receipt of invoices by assigned payers and resolve invoicing issues
- Generate daily reports on invoice activity and support cash collections
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of billing, finance, or accounting experience (insurance preferred)
- 1 year of college Accounting coursework or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of billing concepts such as reconciliation and posting
- Understanding of HIPAA and privacy regulations
- Demonstrated ethical business practices
