Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Invoicing Administrator to manage invoicing processes and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver invoices within contractual deadlines
  • Verify receipt of invoices by assigned payers and resolve invoicing issues
  • Generate daily reports on invoice activity and support cash collections


Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of billing, finance, or accounting experience (insurance preferred)
  • 1 year of college Accounting coursework or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of billing concepts such as reconciliation and posting
  • Understanding of HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Demonstrated ethical business practices
