Job Summary
To support a dedicated team focused on enhancing healthcare experiences, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst will analyze revenue cycle data, maintain databases, and collaborate with management to optimize operational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret revenue cycle and financial data while ensuring data integrity through monitoring and auditing
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data reports to identify trends and resolve potential issues
- Prepare financial and statistical reports to evaluate performance and support revenue cycle operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience with medical claim business systems and health insurer industry knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience with data query logic
- Experience with EDI transactions related to healthcare benefits and claims
- Knowledge of medical terminology and industry standard code sets (CPT-4, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10)
