Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services
• Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and prior-authorization
• Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processes and financial counseling
• Ability to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
• Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
