Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Case & Escalation Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile client escalations and manage sensitive client service issues
  • Support project management and data analysis to drive adherence to standardized reporting processes
  • Influence stakeholders by advocating for changes to service delivery and tracking implemented changes


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in medical billing or US healthcare, or ability to quickly learn foundational concepts
  • Strong desire to learn and embrace a problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
