Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure the efficient management of revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives, monitor performance metrics, and implement collection policies while fostering employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises the performance and development of Customer Service Representatives in the Central Billing Office
• Directs receivable, credit, and collection policies while ensuring compliance and efficiency in collections
• Analyzes financial trends and provides reporting to drive improvements in billing and collections processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable in healthcare settings
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and medical insurance terminology
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent revenue cycle experience preferred
• Medical Coding Certification and experience in coding medical records preferred
