Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to enhance sales performance through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute enablement programs in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Facilitate training sessions and act as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and optimize the sales tech stack

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement or related roles
  • Strong understanding of sales content, tools, and training methodologies
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Proven ability to manage and implement large-scale organizational change
  • Bachelor's degree
