Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to enhance sales performance through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enablement programs in collaboration with sales leadership
- Facilitate training sessions and act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and optimize the sales tech stack
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement or related roles
- Strong understanding of sales content, tools, and training methodologies
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Proven ability to manage and implement large-scale organizational change
- Bachelor's degree
