Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, responsible for supporting account management and sales teams with essential tools, resources, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for account management and sales teams
- Continuously improve training programs and manage an internal knowledge base for easy access to information
- Partner with leadership to define and track key performance indicators for measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, healthcare management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement and/or marketing
- Sales or sales enablement experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
