Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to optimize processes and resources in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance reporting workflows and produce regular performance reports
- Oversee Salesforce and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and training sales team members
- Work with finance and customer success teams to standardize revenue tracking and support customer retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales reporting, sales technology administration, and RFP/Proposal management
- Knowledge of SaaS methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools like Pardot and LeanData
- Proficient in Salesforce with a preference for certified Salesforce Administrators
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales intelligence platforms preferred
