- Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to implement process changes
- Work with Data Analytics and Enablement teams to design and propose improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration
- Experience or certifications in Agile Methodology
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy roles
- Experience as a customer-facing representative or front-line leader is preferred
