Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning core business operations for the region, the full-time remote Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager will perform in-depth quantitative analysis, support strategic planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor to the North America VP on Go-To-Market operations
• Conduct strategic analyses to uncover growth drivers and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate annual planning cycles, including goaling and territory design

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Sales Operations or Business Operations
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation
• Strong motivation and intellectual curiosity to impact business outcomes
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
