Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate training sessions to promote system adoption and enhance digital literacy
- Manage Sales Bootcamp training for newly onboarded hires and create a library of informative content
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, addressing their needs and supporting incentive events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical-related field
- 3-4 years of experience in an Enablement role within a technology-driven environment
- Proficient in data manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Certification as a Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) is a plus
