Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, COB to resolve claims from hospital providers that were denied due to missing patient information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse inventory of accounts with complex denials and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and submit appeals with necessary documentation to obtain timely payments
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and payer representatives while documenting account resolutions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Claims experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
